I want to buy a mini PC + eGPU because there is this video game that I really want to play, but picrel intrigues me so much that I'm afraid of buying now. Should I really wait? It seems to be the next big thing and I don't want to invest 1.5 months my salary for a junk that will only get obsolete in 3 years.

Not sure if there's a good reason for that, unless the mini pc is both good and cheap vs the same thing in a traditional mobo Camm2 is a slot format, it's not a new paradigm that allows faster and larger memory capacity for cheaper or anything
