It really doesn't matter what DLSS5 can do if most RTX users can't run it. It isn't smart enough to offer a consistent looking image on older games that lack detail, and likely not even top tier 80 series cards will be able to offer a playable experience in newer games that have enough detail for the AI to generate a coherent image every time. Even the 5090 gets its asshole blown out, even with heavy upscaling. And at this point you're paying what? A grand or more just to play at 1080p with upscaling?
