>cs50>the only course that can make any midwit (and even a low-iq jeet) understand the computer scienceSo why haven't you taken it yet, anon? It's free.
>>109706340That course was made for 8th graders and it shows. I felt like I was in the special ed classes watching it in my own room.
>>109706340I have though. Then I made some personal projects. Then I got a software engineering job. This course is pretty great. This is what a good college course should be like.
it was great when I took it... 6 or 7 years ago?I stopped after the C part and started doing "C a modern approach" instead thocouldn't really get into python or webdev
You are mistaken anon this is a class on Counter Strike.
>>109706340>the only course that can make any midwit (and even a low-iq jeet)Not really. I still can't code.
>>109706442le proofs?
>>109707090Ask me to write something in C. I won't be able to. The proof is my lack of proof.
>>109707099Did you complete the assignments and actually look up and study the shit you didn't understand? If so, there's no way you can't write some basic programs at least. the entire point of the course was to give you foundations with practice opportunities and to teach you to learn the rest on your own.
>>109706420actually computing shiet
>>109707317>I don't believe that you didn't understand it, you're lying.
>>109706374lol same with me. stopped at C part and just did King instead
>>109706340Make sure you get 2022 or 2023. The recent ones are WOKE
>>109706340I'm doing it now and my calculator is SHIT. It works but man, how do I improve this
>>109706340alright, I'm starting it right now
>>109709918what do you mean
is the certificate worth it?
>>109709926https://matklad.github.io/2020/04/13/simple-but-powerful-pratt-parsing.html
>>109709926do a space before while plsalso why the do while thingie?why not just a scanf("%lf %c %lf")and then based on the operator do the operation?
>>109709926>CALCULTOR:(
>>109706340EE graduated here. not understand any of those shit.
>>109706374It got more tedious starting from the Python week, but in a way it was fun also because you do a different language pretty much every week from there on out.
I found the course really easy, except a couple problems like tideman in particular were a bit challenging but still I did it all, everything optional, no problem for me.I then went on to make some personal projects way more complicated than anything from CS50, the complexity of my portfolio pieces is pretty much unreasonable. But I will never get a job in programming now due to AI. I get screened on every single application. I have a portfolio website I have made an no one has even looked at it, I can tell from the incoming traffic. I'm getting filtered every time. Sad!
>>109706340>So why haven't you taken it yet, anon? It's free.I don't think there's really anything new to learn for me or at least enough to make this course worth it. I would probably take it if I was starting from zero today. Looks good.
>>109709926> user enters tokens> you parse it > change state of parser> you execute the update loop of current loop consuming inputs or waiting for inputsthats it you only need one loop that does that.
>>109706340I'll look into it this Friday, inshallah
>>109706340>7,461,288 learners enrolledwhat's the point?
>>109706340That’s snailcat shit
