Humans are likely always going to be the weakest link in cryptography. Even though we can break earlier schemes like RC4 or lower bit RSA, it is easier to get the private keys rather than crack them. AES will be safe for the foreseeable future.

In general symmetric ciphers are not breakable by quantum computers because of their construction.It may be possible that AI finds some breakthrough in AES but it has been studied for decades with little to no progress.
