For H3 Minimax the default workflow is slow as fuck like an hour for max res and quality but with a turbo lora or a two stage sampler you can probably cut that down to 12-20 minutes at 15 seconds and highest quality. I would also recommend a preview node like KJ Model Preview Override between your model loader and the sampler so you can preview and abort failed gens early.
