4th alpha testing release (0.4) of The Lunduke Computer Operating System (LCOS).

Noteworthy Changes in 0.4:

Sound returns (temporarily was removed as part of a cleanup, trimming effort) and audio settings panel added.
Power manager and status added.
Numerous fixes and visual tweaks to Lunduke Paint & LCOS Updater.
Additional support for AppImage files (now shows thumbnails in file browser).
New Boot splash animation and wallpaper.
Locking in package set in preparation for Beta release.

I remember this guy from that Linux related presentation he did back in the early 2010s. So, now he repackages existing distributions and changes the wallpaper and default installed packages? As long as it keeps him off the streets.
