I always go on job interviews, at least five a year, even when I’m already employed, because I like to know how other companies value me. I only accept an offer if I like the work environment and the pay is higher than what I currently earn; if there are too many interview rounds, the vibe feels off, or the interview doesn't involve work that interests me, I simply stop responding.
