The best value is the Xbox Ally X if you can get it for ~1K.If you want to spend less, get an used Deck for cheap if you can find one, or the Xbox Ally non-X. It's got the same CPU as the Deck but a better screen. The downside of the Ally is that there are no touchpads, so you can't really use them for desktop stuff and web browsing.
