"Artificial intelligence" accurately describes intelligence with an artificial substrate, which is obviously the prospective aim, or at least part of it, of AI development. Superior, extreme and supreme (which sounds like superior and extreme combined, adding to the humor of it) are wholly incorrect and "ineloquent" ways of indicating the concept of AI and reflect the tendency poorly spoken people have to choose a word for its emotional coloration, like "unnecessary" or "consequences" to talk about something bad. Superior intelligence is insufficiently specific and is already used as a term for an IQ percentile. "Extreme" intelligence would just mean that it's arbitrarily great to the extent of relatively outlying. Supreme intelligence makes more sense for the concept of a singleton, which is exactly the thing Trump wouldn't want to get out of AI. I'm probably wrong to analyze it like that because the post is meant to convey that Trump is pro-AI rather than suggesting or appearing to suggest serious proposals. But of course, this sort of neurotypical communication is a fundamental reason for our problems, that the Jews are emotionally attached to their sense of belonging and their religion, puppeted around like marionettes by their inherited instincts.
