I posted not long ago about Toocki cables failing. I suspect it's not the cables dying on their own. I think it's this shit ass charger. I certain it just blew up one of my USB power meters. The meter suddenly reboot and went into some firmware reset screen. Now it's measuring 0 amps on some devices even though they're using power.
I"ve also mentioned before that these Essager chargers spark at the prongs when plugged it. They also seem to behave strangely. If a device stops drawing much power, then the charge will stop supplying power and the USB cable has to be unplugged and plugged in again. The prongs are also highly ferrous. So yeah, don't buy Essager chargers. They're F grade shit.

Update on my P.O Box situation. Obviously they couldn’t do. Talked to the mailman about it and they will reject it because it’s not part of the union agreement. Surprisingly the company did let me allow to pick it up and they have a store with pickup lockers and such.

This entire time Aliexpress, could have offered pickup but never did. Learn a lot today and got to meet the guys who deliver to my house. They have an app that confirms drop off. Yes they used Google Maps to confirm location and if your house doesn’t show up on Google Maps then they ask you to pick it up.

The server motherboard I ordered (Huananzhi H12D-16D, plus the 2x EPYC CPUs and 2x8GB RAM bundled with it) came in. Now that I've had it running for a day or so and have had some time to have fun with it, I can confidently say it works.
Also huge kudos to the seller. He let me know the mobo was new but the rest was used (I figured anyways but still nice), sent me videos of my stuff being tested, and waited for me to say "yeah everything looks good" before he shipped.

On an interesting note, I would like to bring up the GPUs: I have four 32GB Instinct Mi50s because that's all I could reasonably afford. They're solid cards performance-wise, don't get me wrong. For my needs, they're more than enough. (Hell, two is enough, but that's besides the point.)
Three of them have a Pro Vega II VBIOS flashed onto them, while the last one (presumably) has the original VBIOS that came with the card. I didn't do any of this; they came to me this way. Used.
The cards with the Pro Vega II VBIOS are seen A-OK by the motherboard, but the stock card is not. Keep in mind that the stock card worked (and still works) just fine on the old consumer motherboard.
So I either need to see if there's a BIOS update or fix that addresses this (I've read some shit about a GPU whitelist that some server motherboards can have, regardless of manufacturer? need to look into it more desu), or flash the stock card with the Pro Vega II VBIOS.
Until I quit being lazy (and until I finish mourning the untimely death of one of the cards), I'm stuck running two for now.

Going off of Byosoft's own website, seems they're only the firmware provider, not the chip manufacturer.
As for the dead card, there is a red LED on the back of the card (see pic). A functional card, when slotted into the motherboard, will have the LED flash 2-3 times as part of its own self-test, then stay off for as long as there is power going to the motherboard. The dead card's light is lit the moment it receives power from the motherboard (system off). Research points to a power distribution failure, which is out of my realm. I'd have to send it into a GPU repair service or buy a new card.

I think you're misunderstanding my (and probably other people's) issues with this regulation and why it's the one that got us to buy much less if at all.
It's neither that I can't afford a few bucks more, nor is it that I'm principally opposed to tariffs or restrictions on some imports.
It's that I'm continuously malding at the ass-backwards way this shit was implemented.
The way it works is this: A flat 3€ fee on top of normal fees, for each "category" of item.

For big purchases that barely matters, for small shit it adds up (that's by design). I understand that they want to punish the guy buying 15 types of stuff that'll be in the trash tomorrow from temu for 5€ total, fair enough.
But for me, I often buy electronics. They get shipped as one package, but the regulation punishes me for each item. A lot of people I know who were into DIY electronics stopped because of this shit.

Example cart:

Just be aware that the technology technically requires you to set the reflectivity of the surface to be somewhat accurate (e.g. scanning water is different from oil is different from metal etc.). You can do so manually, but you won't, because you're lazy (as am I). So just accept that it's rough guidance and don't use those for accurate measurements.

Bought the "Koonie" (highest rated) seen at 8:45 after watching this video, I took screenshots of the ones he recommended and used the Aliexpress image search.

It doesn't stop sweating, but you want the sweat cause the air blowing on it is what makes you feel cool. Battery lasts a long time. Flashlight is pretty bright and reaches farther than my phone.

It feels really solidly built, it's a mix of thick plastic, and hard rubber (orange bits). It definitely feels like a higher quality product than the 21 euros I paid for it.

This thing fucking sucks! And I waited so long to open it and then waited so long to try it that it was too late to return it and I'm stuck with it.

Everything is a forced widescreen perspective and 1/10th of the games actually load. And it specifically doesn't have the flagship Nintendo games, like this one Chinese shyster company won't "risk" a lawsuit. The screen is very dim even turned all the way up. It's just a cheap, airy, flimsy piece of shit. The buttons suck and the sound sucks too.
I have had good handhelds from China too, but they all die within 18 months or so. I should just buy an expensive one and learn how to load it with working emulators and roms. But I'm lazy and not tech savvy. Maybe I can find someone who sells good tested ones.

They work pretty well.
They charge for like 2 hours and then go empty in like 2 minutes, so you can imagine they output a lot of power.
However I got one with a brush attachment at the front, they're gentler for sensitive electronics and can also do some physical rubbing.
