Windows 7 is almost extinct, developers don't test on it anymore. Steam, Chrome, Edge, Adobe, Autodesk all abandoned it. Firefox is the only one left, and that's only because they want to show sponsored tiles to the ~4.5% of Firefox users still using Windows 7. Companies have upgraded their fleets of computers during the work from home wave of the early 2020s, and school districts are upgrading their remaining Windows 7 and 10 computers for the new academic year right now. Using Windows 7 is like using MS-DOS now, especially since Windows 7 doesn't even support UEFI without mods.
