I have some old server infrastructure that just keep running and hasn't been upgraded since SSDs became mainstream. If it ain't broke, dont fix it.

I'm using a 60 GB hard drive from 2006. I can wait a minute or two for booting GNU/Linux. I don't have to worry about wear-leveling. Debian with Xfce core only takes up around 4 GB. I get to see the boot messages at least.
I have a solid state drive (sata) but it's not connected. If the hard drive breaks at least I won't have to downgrade.
