Form what I am seeing is that your image viewer blurs the image it seems. Did you download a low quality version? if not look at the settings in the image viewer to remove the blurring.

image viewer is showing the full colour gamut while firefox is probably limited to srgb (or the other way round)
can tell by the red on her cheeks because srgb doesn't have very many shades of red

Images can have Adobe color profiles but it's up to the client whether to obey them or not. Hidden in browser flag settings is a setting to override it.
