Fake thread, this guy never used Linux or if he did then some meme tinker distro that was not made for regular people. Personally been on Fedora KDE for a year soon after dumping Windows and I got really surprised how easy everything is. I expected it to be some kind of patience project but the only """obscure terminal usage""" was enabling rpmfusion and installing media codecs and such on day1. After that I have been using it just like Windows but without any ads or spyware. The ONLY case in which I would tell someone to not bother with Linux is if they want to play multiplayer anticheat games a lot.Don't believe the Microsoft paid jeet propaganda, Linux is better than Windows11. Also don't believe the tinkersexuals who say you should use some obscure DIY distro because they want to feel special. It's okay to use Fedora or Ubuntu.
