Well it was vibecoded offical tor browser formatted to fit well on a mobile shared via kasmVNC running in a docker container, so ideally you would VPN/tailscale into your home or desktop with sufficent speed/performance for the tor browser to not suck, then access it in your mobiles normal browser for a tor browser in browser experience. Security/access/persistence could be set up however a user wanted. Never tested it with videos, but one of the use cases for it was in situations where running a tor browser directly on your mobile was insufficient.
