OP clearly opened one of those fake notification spamming websites and didn't read shit and just allowed them to make notifications, all he has to do is go into each browser and remove X website permission to show notifications. This is why even the FBI says that using an Adblocker is mandatory.But yeah anyways, uninstall Avast and restore Notification Permissions within your web browsers.
