What are you guys doing to get work? I'm trying to automate it all, I can currently generate a resume and cover letter from a link on the job, it researches briefly into the company and role and based then uses my master document which selects skills and info relevant to what job I am trying to apply to, uses a humanizer skill, sets it to companies colours and starts paragraph off with something interesting about them or a talking point in cover letter to garner their interest. This has worked so far and gotten me quite a few interviews compared to before and has allowed me to maximize my output. I am currently working on automatic applications and searching, making sure I simulate human mouse movements data input etc. to ensure it doesn't get detected by AI. Then Larping projects and finding smallish repo's to re-create and brand as my own through GitLab faking it all, had to use an Ablierated model for that.I'm probably doing way too much and I'm still applying while doing all this, but idk. Thoughts? What are you doing if your also looking for work?

We have a LLM scan all applications for LLM generated crap. If there is even a hint of it the applicant goes into the trash bin immediately without even notifying the recruiter.
job agencies with real people have worked for me. like you actually have to make a phone call and meet with someone. or stop by in person by appointment. so if you can do that, then you're on the right path.

That's why I use the humanizer skill, not sure how effective it is tbf. But I really wouldn't be able to tell it apart personally and many other people rep it as undetectable, I also use a model which most people don't use to gen too.
