Yes, that's how I got that workflow. I imagine it could also work reasonably well without this two pass stuff and the non-standard VAE. I'm using a 5090 and it takes roughly 25 secconds. There seems to be something seriously wrong with your output. What GPU are you using?

Well, I see a few mistakes in how you're using it. First you should not use Krea 2 Turbo, use the raw model with the Turbo distill instead, as that has less noise artifacts when doing img2img from my testing. I noticed you made the image 1152x1536, but with Chroma-Krea, it's very important to use 2K instead (as Chroma-Krea is based on a merged model Chroma model, it performs poorly below 2K). It's common that if you drop below 2K res, you don't get a photograph even if you ask for it, if you need to do that then use regular Chroma HD Flash instead of the mix. Also, I have no tested orientations on it other than square, so can't comment on whether those work as well. Lastly, place "Amateur photograph" or "Photograph" at the start of your prompt, to focus the attention on it. Also keep in mind, that because of the fact that it's a merge being prompted at non-native res, the Chroma model doesn't always work as flawlessly as just using the normal one. The rare case involves split view prompts, which it interprets as not split down the middle and instead down the left side of the image, but that can be now be fixed with an editing model in post-processing.

I was the dude that asked about the generation times some threads back. I thought it was 3 minutes on my 3090 because that's what it would say on the side asset panel. In reality it's 3 minutes to generate the chroma image and 3 minutes for the krea2, or something like that. Either way it's actually 6-7 minutes total on my 3090 at 250W. The updated workflow with the negative prompt is actually like 30 seconds slower for each image. Either that or my prompt changed and that's the cause for the longer gen time. Even at this slow speed, it's still worth it. I'd rather wait 6 minutes for a good chance of a decent image than wait 2 minutes for a 90% chance of plastic slop.

That seems too much for Krea 2 side however. Are you on latest ComfyUI (CUDA 13)? That actually matters for speed. On my 3090 with 64GB of RAM it's just 1:50 and 40 secs respectively, I do not power limit however. Maybe power limit has a bigger impact than I think and the time is normal.

I'm trying to finally transition from a webui to Comfy, but there's one specific behavior that I can't figure out how to specifically or easily replicate.

In a webui prompt, you're able to use brackets in the following ways in any part of your prompt and at any time:
>[A|B] will alternate every step between what's in A and what's in B. You can add as many '|'s as you want to add more and more tokens to alternate between
>[A:5] will only apply A from the 5th step onwards
>[A::5] will only apply A for the first 5 steps

Is this just impossible to do this simply in Comfy? This is 90% of how I'm able to refine and get the exact styles or outputs I want in a webui (for example, starting the prompt in the style of one artist for framing/proportions then switching to another artist for rendering, then another, etc.). I only want to change small portions of a prompt and not have to reroute through multiple copies of the same prompt with small differences, especially for the ones with alternating steps.

I keep trying and it always glitches out with porn stuff, specially on the ChromaHD side. Having a Power Lora Loader (rgthree) node would be nice, altho I don't even know where to put it on your workflow lol.

So far I've been getting better stuff (NSFW) with Lustify (krea2 checkpoint) and some added loras like SNOFS, but I know your wf has potential to generate realistic nsfw stuff

Also do you mind sharing the prompt of that "cow" pic? I want to try it with this other workflow I mentioned and compare both results.

Those are the exact undesired results I meant when I mentioned the "very young" part of the prompt. With Realism Engine 3, you mostly get some 19-20 y/o looking girl, without it you apparently get to be on a watchlist.

i'm back to using Ai-Toolkit again. i just noticed an OOM message, which is fair, but it's not crashing my training. previously with ai-toolkit, and all other training scripts i've used, an oom error means a full crash where i have to restart the training. is this some new fancy feature that handles oom errors better, or is it messing up my training and i should go back and up the off-loading a couple of percent?

seems like people are starting to make better memory managers for cuda. wan2gp recently got an update that somehow pushes through a generation if you end up slightly exceeding your vram. this could be a similar technology. there's a chance that it causes the training to take a bit longer if it has to keep redoing a process, so i would personally stabilize the settings

Softcore stuff is possible but it's a matter of figuring out how to best prompt Chroma. I recommend swapping the textfusion to v2 https://civitai.com/models/2775340/krea2-textfusion-refusal-reduction-lora-updated

More hardcore porn (piv etc...) is also possible, but possibly needs a LoRA or more tweaking to see proper non-censored genitals. It's kind of limited there because Krea tends to censor it more than usual, but it still helps over not using the wf at all. I recommend 1408x1408 for the res if you're trying to get PIV porn.

Notice the extreme denoise increase to 0.75 on the more hardcore prompts at 2K res. Still better than without the wf, but Krea is doing more heavy lifting. I actually found it to be much more consistent and less body horror for it at <=1408x1408 resolution. The mix performs excellently at the Chroma side with hardcore porn at those resolutions, if you don't mind losing some quality. Otherwise, just 0.75 at 2K works fine and is still unslopped. If you find situations where Chroma Krea is struggling, might be worth a try at that lower res.
