I ran my ming-image-0.1 danbooru 40k e/q LoRA training run to step 30000. I'm not happy with the results. I could be doing it wrong, but I get the feeling it's rather flux-like, and it's not capable of learning broadly like k2 and id4 can. I watched the test images during the run, and it basically just got pushed to the danbooru mean, which is low-detail and rather shitty anatomy - and it still didn't improve much in terms of NSFW - which was the whole point.I may give it another shot with 1e-4 LR vs 1e-5 LR, but I doubt it will help.No-LoRA Megumin on the left, LoRA Megumin on the right.

>>110013868>and has annoying lora compatibility issuesThe more you train your finetune, the more it will drift away from the original and the loras trained against the original model will have less effect, and possibly be detrimental.The only real solution would be to train loras directly on the Kroma model(s), but I doubt anyone will be interested in doing that until the Kroma model is done training, which can take a LONG time given it's Lodestone we're talking about poster-boy for ADHD and chasing new shiny things.
