Hi guys, I've had the itch to play some Pokemon Black/White lately but since my copy got lost many moons ago and it's very expensive to buy second hand I wanted to get it from a certain Lair's vault but since that's a big no-no where I live I wanted to ask what basic privacy measures I need to take to download from pages like that and maybe torrents too.Do I need a VPN?Can I skip using a VPN by just using Tor?Anything else I need to be aware of?
