you "need" more?

yea, i 'need' my arm to be free of shackles

I don't, but apparently you do.

it's factory og saar
>>
>>110045722
Is it now?
>>
>>110045638
I can't imagine anyone older than a 12yo wearing a wristwatch like this but maybe even they'd get bullied.
>>
>>110045638
The point of a watch these days when we all carry smartphones is to make you look rich. It's jewelry. The watch function is obsolete anyway...because you have your phone on you or near yoy.
You want one of those expensive, mechanical swiss ones. These digital Casios make no sense unless you're a child or are looking to impress fellow geeks.
>>
I don't wear jewelry.

do you even know the planetary rotation of mars? pleb watch

Anon, Casio sells the Bin Laden in a metric fuckton of color variations. The one on OP's pic is the F-91WB-7A.
>>
>>110045638
no, I need less. I have a fucking phone in my pocket.
>>
>>110045901
I'll never understand phonefags. The reason I started wearing Casios was because it got too cumbersome for me to pull out and wake up my phone every time I wanted to check the time. Now I just look at my wrist, takes less than pulling the phone out.
>>
Manchild thread.
It tells time, I don't care if it's a Rolex or a plastic toy as long as it can tell time.
>>
>>110045932
>plastic toy
That plastic toy will tell time better than a Rolex..
>>
>>110045919
>have this multi-role device that I always have to carry around without any exceptions because we live in CURRENT YEAR
>it tells the time and takes literally half a second to glance down to check
>but nah fuck that noise I'm going to wear some clunky off-balance bracelet so I can let everyone know how much of a hipster manlet I am
it's even worse if you use a computer in any frequency since all you'd need to do is check the corner of a screen for the time.
Watches only make sense in extremely niche scenarios where tracking time is actually important an your hands are in active use. Which, let's be real, you're not participating in because your dumb ass is posting on 4chinz/g/ about a cheap, shitty digital watch.

>>110045975
great, money saved, no fucks given

Casios are kinda based though. When I was working in the kitchen it was pretty popular with cooks. Especially G-shocks that can handle a beating. Also whatever's left of skater and BMX scene
>>
>>110046019
Yep.

Not a fan of ball and chain on my wrist
>>
there is no difference with 1k rolex and a internet of things watch that syncs every hour.
>>
>>110046035
Why are you beating your watch? Also you can buy like 50 plastic ones for the proce of one casio. You can best them for fun. The only negative is there is no waterproofing so you gotta take it off when you shower, like once every 2 weeks.

Do you even know how hazaedous kitchen work can get during rush hour? Those skaters and BMXrs are constantly trying to pull new trick so they fall all the time. I've seen the battlescars.

Is this how bots talk to each other?

Then don't let skaters into your kitchen. Jesus christ, you people are clueless.

This is the only watch I use. I only wear it for formal events where I'm wearing a suit, or at an interview. In these situations it feels better to check the watch rather than pulling out your phone. Strict schedules usually matter more in these situations too, so it makes sense.
>>
>>110046128
Can't they're one and the same bro

Has Casio ever made a digital wristwatch with a somewhat passable leather strap?
>>
>>110045656
>mindclock
>>
>>110046165
yes
>>
>>110046000
yeah well I think it looks cool and aesthetics are important so fuck you
>>
>>110046165
Leather is shit, it's gonna start smelling like sweat after a while
>>
>>110046000
These sceanrios are extremely niche when you never go outside. Then the clock on your screen is sufficient as that's all you look at all day.
>>
>>110046236
I assure you that 9 out of 10 fantasy scenarios you think it "totally matters" for are either not time sensitive in the least(meaning knowing/tracking the time is irrelevant) or can be much more easily and more efficiently solved by a communal, permanently affixed clock.
>>
>>110046280
Yeah lets count bongs!

how about you keep it in your pocket and just say hey google, tell me what time it is?

I'd rather the same strap on OP pic's watch.

My mistake then. Looks gud. Might hijack a plane, I dunno.
>>
>>110046414

you know you can just slide it half out and glance down right? You don't need to pull it all the way out and bring it up to your fat face and squint just to find out what time it is.

Yes, a tiny bit more.
I need it for work so I can quickly check the time without squinting, even while wearing protective glasses and a mask.
Just brought this, arrives tomorrow.

let me guess, same acrylic cristal as the $5 ones?
>>
>>110045638
Watches are useless ever since cern or whoever else started to fuck with time. It now moves faster, and not even in a consistent way. Relying on machines that tell the time is deceiving. You should get used to estimating time passing with your mind. It can be quite accurate, and as a bonus, you can detect whenever time is being fucked with.
>>
>>110046517
Just buy an F91W for 20 bucks + a nice strap, man.

First: like it or not, excessive looking at one's phone is still considered a low class thing to do. It implies there's something more important one could be doing. A stealth glance at a watch is better for tracking the time.

Second: the Casios with the step tracker do improve your health. You do make better walking decisions while wearing it. I park farther away from my errands, and the entrance of my work, as well as wander around aimlessly to pick up a few hundred steps here or there. Having this strapped to your wrist and most importantly *visible by default at a glance* rather than within an app is key.

Third: having an easily accessible stopwatch allows you to be very accurate in tracking time for ad hoc reasons. If someone says "give me 15 minutes", I just start the stopwatch. If I want to measure mid day transit time somewhere when I'm driving, I just hit start. This way you don't have to remember a starting time that you always forget. Plus, when people learn you do this, they are more accurate when talking to you, like my wife saying:
>I just ordered food, you should leave here to pick it up in 13 minutes
and I just hit start without giving a shit what time it is or remembering anything.

This is why I wear a Casio with step tracker.
>>
>>110046629
I still remember when normalniggers were all getting iPhone 4s with its glass screens. A month later they were all walking with those screens cracked and couldn't afford to fix them, because they're normalniggers and most likely got into some arguments with their BFs or GFs via text and threw the thing in rage at a wall or lost them in toilets.

Also underrated is combining step tracking with the stopwatch to burn very small chunks of time accurately. If you have an appointment or meeting in say 7 minutes that you're early to, you can pick a direction, walk exactly 3 minutes, turn around, walk back exactly the same way, and be one minute early. You _could_ do this with a phone, but nobody _does_, because the moment you fuck with your phone the desire to refresh furryfag.net takes over. The net result is you arrive earlier to things and accumulate more misc steps burning time and spreading your exercise throughout the day, which is better for you than being idle all day with one gym hour going max.

Plastic is also redundant here, as "acrylic" implies it.
"Crystal" is correct tho when talking about watches.
>>
>>110046472
It wouldn't be so shit if the golden accents weren't powder coated plastic that'll quickly turn to shit.

I'd like to see this watch in stainless and a sapphire crystal, or at least a kit to let you swap the module yourself.

>the desire to refresh furryfag.net takes over

That's just a YOU problem.
