This is embarrassing, absolutely Microsoft-tier.

The new update didn't fix all the bugs and janky animations, the latest beta is reportedly ignoring those issues as well. Are they just giving up out of sheer incompetence? Are they so retarded they consider it a "power user" issue, to the point it's regarded as low priority?
Hell it almost feels like using Windows again.

That's what you get for not doing things the Apple way TM and trying to gayme.æ on a mac.
>>
>>110061125
I don't know man. It works just fine on my MacBook Air.
>>
>>110061125
The fact that gnome completely copied that and actually made it robust, I have to give them that
>>
>>110061125
when you retards learn to never update to the latest version? it has been the same shit since yosemite
>>
>>110061180
Does it?
Works like (liquid) ass on my Pro M5.

You can go back to linux/windows if you hate it, also a lot of good updates will come in 28 once they fully ditch x86.

Nah it's pure microslop, you'd feel right at home with the way it feels like absolute shit
>>
Works just fine on my M2 machine. No idea what you are complaining about.

Still sticking to Sequoia

It's something you start noticing if your workflow requires using a lot of virtual desktops, filling a bunch of them with fullscreen software, splitscreen stuff and multiple windows coexisting in the same Space.

It simply doesn't handle all of that anymore, you get all sorts of glitches and broken animations, inconsistent behavior, stuttering and general jankiness.

good luck in 28 29 or 30 current apple devs are that bad. 15 is acceptable quality for many more years.

This one was supposed to be the big AI update
>>

Not him, but I'm on a old ass MacBook Pro M1Pro at home and a MacBook Air M4 at work and it works flawlessly on both my machines.

But alas you have fucking Microsoft Edge installed. Retard red flag right here. God only knows how much bloatware you have consuming your resources.

That's a pic from google.

just forget about about splitscreens and virtual desktops then. some alt mouse button can be assigned to show an overview of all open windows.

macfags have it almost like linux tiling wms but retarded.

It always worked flawlessly, it's not like it can't be done. I'm not supposed to find workarounds because they fucked up.

I mean I did try to find workarounds, it's honestly baffling.
Example: a very odd phenomenon (that I initially mistook for "new intended behavior") was Mission Control requiring two clicks to actually select a window. First click merely showed Spaces and rearranged the current windows, second click did what it was supposed to do. So I made a Hammerspoon script that automated the first click whenever I summoned Mission Control, and it worked great for a couple of weeks. Then the system decided to revert to the previous behavior for no apparent reason (I didn't update or anything, didn't even restart the laptop). So I had to delete the script because it was actually a bug all along? Was it actually something else, like a setting that enabled and disabled itself without alerting me?
I assume some fuckery was going on in the background but it's insane to release a system this unreliable. I had to deal with early 2022 Windows 11 so it's still somewhat stable by comparison but holy fuck
