So why wasn't it one of you who found out about jolt cracking, which helped to expose that Dream fakes his "unedited" manhunt videos? Why do you never achieve anything

Jolt cracking is a discovered method for being able to tell whether there are any cuts in a video recording of Minecraft by observing the Minecraft GUI effects, some animations of which rely on the random number generator, and the core of the idea is to take these RNG values and to get the internal state of the RNG and to reverse the RNG until you find the original seed of the RNG. Minecraft apparently reseeds that particular RNG constantly with the current tick count, so this method leaks the information about how long your Minecraft client has been running for. Using that information, you can find otherwise seamless cuts in video purely by the fact that the tick count jumps around.
But the point isn't that, the point is that this isn't the first time people found something in Minecraft's code that allowed either in-game advantage or something rather meta like this, but somehow it's never you fags finding it, but some redditors. Why do you fags only talk about your shitty X11 vs Wayland, Rust vs C++, macOS vs Linux debates?

You need to be +18 to post here.

video game discussions go on >>>/v/, though it sounds like more of a youtuber drama kind of conversation (investigating cheating). not sure what board is suited for that.

maybe some specific technical details could be discussed here but generally speaking this isn't the place to discuss how someone is cheating in a video game

I was jorking it

is a seamless cut still impressive? or did the character just stay in place for a while and continued moving at a later time with a simple video cut? Is there no time of day in minecraft?
>>
>>110061969
we're busy being productive instead of analyzing a minecraft video

>somehow it's never you fags finding it
there are very few things I'd enjoy less than hyperfixating on minecraft e-celebs, and most of them involve broken glass
