It's not even technically animated, it's all done in a single frame through palette cycling. It's the same guy that did the art for loom and monkey island

I've been mostly squashing the bugs and tech debt I had already accumulated, got barely any new features. But it builds and runs on BSDs and i686 CPUs now, so it probably will just work on any little-endian machine with a C17 compiler.
Even performance is good on this 25y/o ATI Mobility Radeon 7500, though there's some minor flickering that needs to be worked out.
The WM is still a long way away from my vision, but seems to be approaching perfect serviceability if your bar is a "bit fancier dwm".
I kinda need more people to test it...

i use mint with cinnamon and hide my taskbar. i dont get the need to rice aesthetics beyond this.
