installing gentoo on my MBP was a mistake

Does Gentoo have good ARM support in general?

Gentoo, besides Debian, is one of the only few distributions that work on obscure architectures that nobody uses but the kernel technically still has support for. If it wasn't for Gentoo, all the architectures supported by the kernel would be not be usable in practice and only dead weight. TL Note: "Usable in practice" means to be able to boot into a tty and open a file in ex/vi. Not playing Steam games with graphics acceleration.

Me impregnating your mom with you was the biggest mistake

The whole point of a MBP is that they have the best battery life for what you're getting, if you throw out the os then you lose a decent chunk of the battery gains. Why do this?

yep it just werks

but NixOS is better overall, can't go back to anything else
