>>110078928Did Aerospace and Sketchybar and Jankyborders setup nicely? Any configuration tips? Also I do actually like the stock MacOS status bar, does it completely disable it, or just hide it and it's still easily accessible?>>110078951What exactly is it bringing over from your NixOS configuration? They're two different operating systems with different program sets. I never dived into Nix much though.>>110078928As a long time Librewolf user, I am an insanely huge fan of Orion browser, and I use the full uBlock Origin extension. Much faster with Webkit, and being able to install Firefox & Chrome extensions on it is a godsend. My biggest issue is Orion Browser had Windows in development, and Linux was done, and they just deprecated it and plan to Open source it, so I hope someone takes those over and continues development. I have been waiting for the Windows client to finish to be able to sync nicely. So I guess I'll probably be waiting even longer now.
>>110079023>Did Aerospace and Sketchybar and Jankyborders setup nicely?not any better or worse than you'd expect of comparable linux wmsAny configuration tips?I like the focus-follows-mouse feature aerospace recently added.guess you can use LLMs to make it easier now, I didnt have that>Also I do actually like the stock MacOS status bar, does it completely disable it, or just hide it and it's still easily accessible?I set it to autohide, can still move the mouse to the top to access it. just didnt like the aerospace workspace indicator, its just a tray icon>>110079023>What exactly is it bringing over from your NixOS configuration? mostly just matching apps, like zsh, nvim, ghossty. and it can sit in the same dotfiles repo, which is nice. it can manage brew and app store apps as well, so having everything managed in 1 place is nice as well
