This. Friend got two seperate 9070s, one from new egg, one from amazon. Both of them were fucked and would crash under high load and couldn't pass a 45 minute OCCT test shitting out WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (0x124) blue screens. He popped in a friend's 5070ti and it worked fine without issue. AMD has QC issues with their hardware and drivers which is not fun to deal with when you're slinging around thousands of dollars and need to make sure everything runs within 30 days.
