I have the same cpu. was lucky to get a 5090 fe. was wondering why it stayed so cool and low tdp, I do have a liquid cooler. have you tried dlss 5 with re9?

the previous picture was the new nvidia overlay that shows cpu now. driver 576.xx is the one that windows defaults to unless you update it i think and the other 590.xx are the newest. You can tell I have the same 5800x3d cause the cpu clock also says 4500 mhz.
