Does anyone else's monitor turn off at some point when they leave the room and then turn back on as soon as they enter the room?
I asked ChatGPT multiple times about this and it just says it's probably my screen turning off and then my footsteps shake it and wakes it upI have my monitor set to never turn off though and I'm not stomping around so hard it shakes my deskHow does the computer know when I'm in the room bros what the fuck
>>110104286lolI have two monitorsone always does this all the timeCome back to room, it turns on, while in reality its never off, there is no settings for it to ever turn off on itselfYes, it sometimes does feel shady... but lately it been doing it while i stand up and just prolly send some vibrations through floor or something and it turns off for like 3 secondsMany times I did plug in and out cables thinking it was connection issue or something
>>110104286Yes because it's on a ten minute timer and then when I return and move the mouse it wakes up!Amazing technology.
>>110105923it's just crazy it's like it can tell when I'm looking. I'm going to try to sneak up on it sometime I just have to remember
>>110105923>>110104555>>110104286its time to lose weight
>>110104286no. I also haven't heard of anything like that happening to anyone ever. you must be a high value target for the CIA. good luck, anon.
no but if i unplug my monitor it'll remain dead with a black screen for at least a whole day until i can use it again
top ten shit that never happened
>>110107173I'll prove it some day. It's just tough. I've tried to leave the room on purpose before and then wait for it to happen, but it never happens when I wait for it. It's like the double slit experiment, it knows
>>110104286you are vibrating the mouse
>>110107322It's not possible, especially at the distance that I can see it waking up from. I can jump up and down right in front of my desk and it doesn't shake. My floor is concrete or something
>>110107333you have a super power and have some how connected with your machine. that's definitely more likely
>>110107338idk what it is I'm just telling you I'm not secretly shaking my desk and waking my computer. Did I also mention I have my power settings set to never turn my screen off
>>110107348you are immortal. go fly my brother
