Say your goodbyes. We're gonna be locked in with whatever GPUs we currently have.

Nice try, guys... I'm sure you'll get someone to bite this time!

gpus peaked with the 3080/3090 anyway

my problem is im using a 4070 and none of whats available to purchase really seems like a worthwhile upgrade

Fine... Here's your 5070 as promised

>g a 4070 and none of whats available to purchase really seem

I bought the Hellhound 9070XT earlier this year. The people with the GPUs with a 12V melting connectors are sitting on a timebomb, and when they melt, it will cost them a fortune to replace their GPU with something comparable.

Its 4 years old now, your warranty expires in a year. Tick tock

9070xt i bought month ago looks like great investment

waitfags must be FUMING
>>
>>110108402
in 10 years there wont be any GPUs for sale
all gaming will be done through stadia-like services because publishers saw the threat of AI powered reverse engeneering and subscriptions are far better for them than selling a product once
productivity applications will also suffer a similar fate
yet people are worried about a fire hazzard gpu that nobody buys
fucking depressing

Don't care. No good games require a gpu anyway.

wut
you can run models without cuda
>>
>>110108402
I bought a 9070XT explicitly to handle most things that I can throw at it. I have a 700+ game backlog. And I won't probably won't play half of them. But I could whenever I wanted to.

I got a 1080 for a bottle of whiskey and see no reason to upgrade

>Retards falling for the obvious FOMO by scalpers
Nvidia has always ceased or significantly reduced production a year or two after initial public release of a architect since Fermi. They do this to make room for the next generation stuff.
Gayming Blackwell simply wasn't made in the quantities as its predecessors due to GDDR7 shortage and Nvidia allocation more of their TSMC fab lot to making more profitable dedicated ML and general compute SKUs.
It is no surprise that gayming Blackwell inventory is drying up faster then previous generations.

They have crap availability from day one. I mean just look at how many AIB versions a 9060 has vs a 5060 (most popular models).

>>
>>110108659
Nah. The generations to buy (within the last 10 years) were 1000 and 4000. Everything else was lackluster. 2000, 3000 and 5000 had / have low perf boost compared to their predecessors.
>>
Im honestly still happy with my RTX 3090ti.
Bought it from EVGA’s online store for $800 in their final days
