It's a shame they were mismanaged for awhile there. I'm glad they're still around, unlike IBM's workstation/PC business. Everyone and their mom sold their souls to China.

@Grok is it true?

Even the guy who started Lenovo couldn't believe that IBM sold its PC brand to him. I remember an interview with him talking about starting his humble business and up looking at companies like IBM from afar in awe. He even made a deal for the first few years with Lenovo ownership to keep the IBM brand, because he didn't have confidence in Lenovo selling a Thinkpad on its own.

I almost fell for the ThinkPad meme.
I bought one from Best Buy.
I might buy another one.

I don't know anymore.
I had bad luck last year; I almost broke my Best Buy X270, but it survived the drop. It's so strong.
I literally fainted out of nowhere. That's why I don't want to use it.

My main problem is just economics, I guess. In the US and UK, we have laissez faire capitalism and shareholder value and "infinite growth" at all costs. Line up must always go up. If you can make line go up even by selling off even entire product lines, then do it. Sell your mother if you have to. And since Jews run most of it, they have no loyalty to the lands, peoples, workers, or cultures that produce anything. They're cosmopolitan parasites who live in a separate society outside all other societies.
It's a slightly different story in Europe, where they view their companies as attached to their cultures. They call them "national champions". This is why you don't see the Chanels and BMWs and even boutique Italian pasta companies getting bought up and shat out so easily. Their laws prevent these sort of aggressive selloffs and acquisitions.

these retards chained themselves to this stance when code stopped being just code and they introduced morals into the equation with their code of conducts, they dug their own graves.

The T14s Gen 2 2in1 is one of the best laptops you can get without paying framework money.

Mossad brand

>>110113125
Hell, i still love my 1st Gen with a touch screen. The only real downside is they were still figuring out what role the T14S was meant to occupy so it's only got a 180° hinge (lays flat, no accelerometer) instead of the convertible hinge and accelerometer

HP doing something BASED once in their entire company lifespan.
>>
>>110109777
Anything made before haswell really. Amazing you needed that explained to you
>>
>>110114819
There is both a Gen 1 and 2 with a 360° hinge, it is called the 2in1 and it is way better built, not only the hinge is tougher but the USB-C ports are their own boards so they can be swapped https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYR2ssMHfWk

Huh. I didn't see that one available when I bought mine. Oh well. It still runs like brand new when everyone else I know who bought computers at the same time from other OEMs have had to replace theirs already from various issues; macfag friend had their screen crack in 3 places while shutting it, and a bunch of us were there and saw he barely closed it, asusfag's rog gaymen laptop needs some soldering done because half the keyboard stopped working and replacement keyboard had same issue so he replaced the whole laptop, HPfag had his omen basically bake itself due to shit thermals, LGfag's Gram 17 just powered down and refused to ever power on again. All of them paid twice as much as I did for my t14s gen 1 Intel and it's still my daily. Though I did buy asusfag's rog for $100 and now it's hooked up to my TV running Bazzite like a console
