Yes this is what I've been hearing also. The AI was preliminarily trained on documents and texts pertaining to historical rioting, military tactics, urban warfare, French police logistics and anarchist manuals. It was then fed live 24/7 news streams as the riots transpired serving as a portable general "Napoléon of the pocket" for riot ringleaders informing them of vulnerabilities, where to strike next, etc.
