I honestly think 50 years from now normies will live in a low tech society.Pretty sure It will be still advanced tech to us, but like it will be a mixture of XX century tech but more optimized.Like we will see like normies using dumb phones and polaroid cameras, simply to avoid digital media, physical photos will be considered a way to ensure they're not AI slop.AI slop will force humans to relly less on digital shit and more in XX century mediums of information.There will be a revival of printed media, even if by nostalgia first, then as a quality method to ensure you're getting undoctored information.Older forms of entertainment like board games, printed comics and manga will see a revival, since people will prefer the tactile feeling of IRL materials to dumb gacha shit and modern AI slop trash on steam.Steam machine will become popular again, simply as a way to not use oil.Gravity gear machines will likely see a revival for daily gadget items.

The further they have to commute for clean water and food, the more time, expense, and frustration it takes.The West is heading in this direction. People are already getting more poor. People in the West wont have time for any luxuries. Americans for example, will be avoiding the Haitian-style gangs ruling the streets of every city and town. Europe will be a caliphate and Canada will literally be India. China will literally be the only safe and functional civilization.
