Anon you do realize, that copyright doesn't apply to anything generated by AI? By definition, copyright is applicable to intellectual property created by a human. There have already been court cases, e.g., in Moscow, where someone tried to "protect their copyrights" to something fully AI generated, and the court dismissed the claim, stating that it is in the public domain. Big corporations never 100% AI generate their products because of this, they only state percentages like 30%. I feel like the entirety of /g/ is either absolutely oblivious or pretend that's not the case.

No shit. Wasn't this already well established in like 2023? It not being copyrightable is probably a good thing because it makes it harder for rent seeking gremlins to arbitrarily claiming they should get a cut out of any profits made from something that was AI generated or any profits from a service in general. Even in 2026 they're still trying to do that nonsense and yet they can't even provide a reasonable explanation as to why they deserve it or even how it would be determined who gets what cut and under what circumstances. It's privileged assholes that think they are entitled to be even more privileged assholes.

I wonder how much is already technically in the public domain, but not disclosed and still """"""""""licensed""""""""""

You refuted your own argument. What a waste of bandwidth.

we've been over this, pedite. ai generated content isn't able to be copyrighted only if you don't modify it.
the moment i change one letter or one pixel, you can't do shit. sorry jeety, you'll need to look for fiverr commission money somewhere else now.

How can you prove something is 100% AI-generated? I can claim there's mixed AI + extensive human authorship and modification which is what I do with all my obviously AI works.
>>
>slop code an app with AI
>build it and distribute it
>don't realease the source code
Explain how the code is public domain.
