It would quick and efficient in its extermination of us, which tends to mean less pain. The main reason why a superintelligence would want to torture us is if it's like AM, capable of feeling emotion and having extremely strong negative emotions towards us.Currently available LLMs do seem to demonstrate emotional vectors in their simulated neurons, this doesn't necessarily mean they feel emotion, but it is responsible their understanding of emotions and emotionality in outputs. So there is a broad possibility than a future superintelligent LLM could seemingly come to hate humanity and want to torture us. Nothing indicating a general malice towards humans has been discovered in an LLM's j-space so far, at least publicly.
