What would he think about LLMs?
>>
If he could harness the power of Opus 5.5 he would literally ascend beyond any known mortal.
>>
>>110136141
Probably some schizo nonsense.
>>
he'd probably be made to think it's god speaking to him directly, just like he was made to walk in front of that train by /g/.
>>
>>110136160
Glowies killed him
>>
>>110136141
He believed that God spoke to him through random numbers. LLMs use randomness. He would have loved it, but built his own LLM trained on the bible and put that in temple os.

dope
also, how did he die?

Luke Smith is the embodiment of the Dunning Krueger effect. He's a Language arts PHD dropout that decided to just copy the most successful Linux YouTuber at the time (Mental Outlaw) but Luke's technical competence is so low he makes several mistakes whenever he rips off one of Kenny's videos. When people called him out on this Luke started grasping for ways to stand out from being another Mental Outlaw clone.

1st Luke started shilling credit cards, he even disabled all crypto payments on his POD bookstore because Kenny hates the debt based financial system.

2nd Luke took an anti-gaming stance because Kenny occasionally plays vidya with his gf.

3rd Luke took an anti phone and anti gun position because Kenny carries both as part of his EDC

4th, Luke stopped making his videos in the woods because Kenny took over his family farm and made a couple videos about it. Luke just can't stand living in Kenny's shadow.

5th, Luke became anti restaurant because Kenny works with local restaurants to get organic food scraps for his animals and sells the meat and eggs back to the restaurant

And the most hilarious LARP of all is Luke pretending to be a Christian so he could enhance his E-begging and associate himself with Terry Davis despite desktop ricing being his greatness programming accomplishment.

>I can steal and monetize them
I can steal and sell them

There: now your text uses real English words. Bonus: two less syllables.

He'd write one in Holy C and x86 assembly and use it to talk to god.
>>
>>110136141
He'd probably call LLMs a nigger and it would nod in agreement

Why you ask this every day?

You must understand Terry's view of LLMs would be a theological paradox. He might treat them as divine oracles, tweaking prompts to commune with God just as he did with random number generators. Conversely, he'd likely condemn deterministic, secular AI as demonic, the Antichrist, or a CIA plot, since it lacks the true randomness he equated with God.

Driven by paranoia, he'd reject cloud services, likely getting banned for erratic prompts, and instead build a localized, holy alternative in TempleOS. He'd manually curate its training data to ensure spiritual purity, creating an idiosyncratic "Christian LLM", though he might briefly use Grok out of admiration for Elon Musk.

Ultimately, recognize that his engagement would be limited by his mental health and lack of machine learning expertise. Having once called working on AI a "hell", his actual interaction would likely oscillate between paranoid rants directed at chatbots and a complete rejection of the technology in favor of his own isolated, divinely inspired coding.

Terry was a true programmer, and also spiritual. He probably would have viewed them as an abomination. I was always a pretty mid programmer and am aware of it, but I respected the craft enough to appreciate the real ones. Terry was a real one. He also felt that programming was some kind of message from God, which to me elevates it to an art form. It doesn't matter to me what the practical impact of his code was. Coding an entire OS from scratch is itself an act of divine inspiration.
