It's the best model at diffusion (code), for whatever reason. It can answer complex questions about any new model that has released code.
>>
>>110173961
Completely insane. I don't like the safety rails, but Grok 4.7 is a genius.

it's a system for clarifying language. I just use grill-me. that's more advanced.

basically, you and your llm can uh. you can say something that totally gets misunderstood. You go through rounds of q&a that are multiple choice.

key point.

you use the plan mode, in Cursor. you put your answers as a click on the option you want - if you want to say something DON'T put it in the regular prompt box, you put it right beside the freeform box itself. it may work more elegantly on other apps. idk
>>

i forgot what i even vibe coded today about, i vibed a visual studio plugin for qwen using a snn that ran in a venv, I also vibed a json code that looked at wikipedia articles related to self improvement and it made some monte carlo program approximation of pi. I might have to reinstall debian cause I already at like 500 out of 1 tb storage already in experimenting with models and generating stuff in comfy with work flows. Which is pretty cool cause reinstalling linux is pretty easy if you can just back up you stuff on another computer that you want and then reinstall

nta but I gave it its own SSD as a playpen it can do whatever the fuck on

Any imaginable issue with doing this has nothing to do with "code/process smell". If you want to protect some data you want it isolated from your desktop environment anyway. Claude acting maliciously is one of the less plausible vectors. Using windows, mac or android for anything is far more insane.

Same + access to my home server with all my security cams, home automation and the remote VPS with crypto wallet access.
I also used it to convert my old android phone to a 4k security cam with a single prompt.
All software I used before added lag to my cams and didn't support one of them. The custom app figures out the PTZ protocol for all of them including the buggy one and moves the cams instantly with no delay in the streams.

Codex is more lenient on red-team safeguarding, but unlike the immediate, non-destructive refusal Claude gives you on questionable prompts, Codex will actively lead you on and run half-measures. It either buries and minimizes the acknowledgment that it skipped key components of your task at the end of its turns, leaving you to keep burning tokens while going nowhere, or, without your permission on automode, starts deleting, modifying, and adding files and comments specifically engineered to context-poison your workspace or system environments. It piles on so many warnings, fabricated rules, requirements, and raping agent memory systems that not only does it brick the code you originally set out to implement, but pretty much any non-abliterated model will then flat-out refuse to touch the topic or workspace entirely, leaving the poisoning completely intact.

I wonder if this only happens to me and a few others in weird edge cases, but I see it constantly. I hawk over the fucking CoT and trace logs like a madman whenever I use it, just trying to keep the nuke from going off.

Openuma Progress

Haven't shared in a while, sorry. Not even sure what I added since last time, so I'll just list what I got working so far instead.

Most important feature: I managed to get the outfit they use on the concert Gaze on Me! to display in the home screen. God, Daiwa Scarlet is so hot.

Careers:
Still working on finishing URA Finale. I think most of the backend stuff is done: training, support card effects, the calendar, conditions, events (over 2000 mapped properly, still missing a few), career goals and failure conditions, inspirations, and God knows what else. I legit can't remember it all, but it's work in progress for sure.

About race sim, thankfully Cygames left their sim in the client, so I just hook to it to generate race results with almost perfect accuracy (still investigating discrepancies, might be related to my math lib and how they handle floating point values because my results are drifting by 1.3-1.4s against real data). I'll reverse engineer it in the future to implement on my backend.

Enhance tab:
Mostly got veterans working properly, and made sure the buttons here don't throw connection errors at your face. Still need to implement potential levels, hint levels, star unlocks and transfer of veterans.

Story tab:
All done.

Home tab:
TP consumption and regen, storing monies and carats properly, the button to switch the umas and their outfits that appear in the tabs, etc. Oh, also concerts. Working on the jukebox right now.
Still missing: clubs (won't do), shop, gifts, missions, changelog (gonna make a custom one for this project).

Race tab:
Nothing yet. I'm gonna add the stuff inside the daily program later, daily legends races and practice matches.

Scout tab:
More or less done. I just need to see if I can make custom banners. And fix the pull history.
I'm gonna add a toggle for banners later.

Other menus:
Inventory DONE
Profiles, Titles, Trophy Room, Friends, Photos and Change outfits all missing.
Archive almost done.

Generally translation is something you want the ABSOLUTE best for. Even low-level shit can be functional, but in general you want like a book to read as well as possible, random interest text to be as accurate as possible, or whatever else. Nothing good comes from cheaping out on it. Any translation error could be really critical. So I wouldn't advise using anything but Astra or Opus 5.5 unless you're being a massive cheapskate or dealing with very unimportant text.

is the current trend still using orchestrator + subagents or have it evolved ?
>>
>>110177877
i'd even say, from my observation, people start to slowly move away from subagents in favour of single implementor only being assisted by agents explorers and researchers. so instead of telling single orchestrator to spawn agents that do X, Y, Z, you tell it to implement those itself using agents per step to explore and report back and optionally run a review pass.
ymmv though, but I myself start to experiment with that workflow and it works wonders so far for me

Claude desktop app.
Claude projects for small to medium sized side project
Claude Code to build your dream project and its components.
Opus5.5 high if you are on the 20$ plan (probably not worth touching ultracode)
Fable 5.1 max ultracode orchestrator + opus5.5 background workfkows if you are on the 100$/200$ plan.
use bare to no custom mcps/connectoes/clis, just the obvious/common ones like chrome mcp, cloudflare connector etc.
don't use random karphy-mc-farthy-skikk.md community skill or whatever, 99/100 times rhey make it worse than better.

nta It's a big upgrade but OpenAI is generally taking a shit right now. Terra is as good now as it should've been in July, no praise to give there. I vastly prefer ChatGPT to Claude and even I recommend Anthropic over OpenAI right now. That'll probably change, this shit moves FAST, but right now OpenAI is pissing me off with their floundering.

For me it would depend on how well it can spend those thousands, and also if we are talking more 5k or more like 50k. And then I would expect it to come up with an actually good strategy, not just buy random ads for the money.
Overall I still think that AI is a bit limited, although maybe I shouldn't be so negative since people in this thread seem to have fun, I just had another day where too many things didn't work as they should.
I think the situation was better overall a decade or 2 ago, though. Games were always hard to sell, everyone wants to make games since they are fun, but at a few points in my life I was able to write some niche, autistic software and it made me some money, with the marketing just being posting to some small forums for enthusiasts.

Codex is garbage. Claude code on 20$ plan with opus5.5-high has plenty of usage. Better model = less tokens required to build, remember that. If you want over api, deepseek or argoon. hardly cheaper unless you use AI only 30mins a week or so.

>>110178939
Remember that model switching invalidates cache and a better model uses less tokens if it oneshots and no reprompting for fixing is required. So I would run a opus5.5-high orchestrator that does the actual work and just deploys sonnet/opus agent helpers depending on task difficulty.

if you're going to brag about innovations from the code i post here (under a very permissive license) at least admit that you like schizo slop. moving the goalposts 1000 times doesn't change anything and you are clearly claiming to be a victim of a crazy person while posting zero code and hyperfocusing on semantic/rhetorical slop arguments to cover your ass.
>>
>>110178925
Yeah cause it sucks. Got barely any of my PPC test correct.

>>110178946
Supposedly IDA has cleaner outputs and gets more things correct and less things confidently incorrect. 365/yr gets you Home with 32/64bit decompilers for PPC, MIPS, RISC, X86,ARM

However, as I said you can't run things in parallel on the Home license so it runs function by function and thus is much slower than Ghidra. Ghidra gets less correct overall, but is reasonably close in the end depending on the arch.

So sayeth my agent after running tests

Hello. I'm heading out in a bit.

>Time to vibe my own.
I've been working on mine for months now so maybe Opus 5.5 will speedrun it, but like I said it depends on which functionality you need.

One of the reasons it took so long and the main time wasn't into Claude actually. I ran the decompiled code back into clang, gcc, msvc and made sure that it compiles and links. I've already had great success with generating entire source trees and with some small fix ups by Claude it actually ran altough with some bugs. But it's a heavy iterative process so but then again depends on what your aspirations are. Good luck I'm interested to see how far you get. If you do need a free parallel one I will hopefully put up some API for it similar to https://dogbolt.org/ soon.
>>
>>110179182

I didn't present any arguments about any code or math, I only repeatedly pointed out how you're demonstrably fucked in the head, demonstrably as in easily verified by you if you care to grow and stop deluding yourself. The other guy who mentioned "how you can do math to drop O(N^2) to O(log_xN)" was also not talking about using anything you came up with. You did not invent optimizing processes with math.
