I did the verbal reasoning test and it was mostly those "the man with a pet cat lives in the red house" tests. I think I did okay at the test, and then you wait a few minutes before you get your results.

Anyway, I have no idea what happened, but I failed the test so badly I was never even invited to do the maths test. According to what they told me, I was in the 4th percentile of all the people who did the test. 96% of people did better than me. I genuinely feel like the "profound mental retardation" gigachad.

I wondered if I was the only applicant not cheating with AI, or if 10,000 Indians had stolen the answers or something. I asked my friend to do the same test, and she passed it, so I guess that wasn't it. I probably hadn't seen a button to save my answers or something like that. Or, maybe, the questions didn't matter and my female friend passed the test and I didn't because they knew I was a Straight White Male. But that's mental...right?

I recently started working in a factory, it's work and it pays some bills. But it's scary, no one is getting permanent contracts anymore, most people who've been at the end of their 4 year contract just get no renewed contracts and disappear. There's no skills to gain worth anything outside this factory because factory jobs are already scarce.
