Who's the current winner of the handheld pc/laptop low watt/off grid gaming device?

Got a steam deck from when it launched, who's the best "high end" upgrade at this point?

This is about being low watt consumption for easy gaming off grid on solar and battery sets so no desktop gaming pc recommendations please though I'll check out laptop recs since I can't imagine they've gotten too bad these past few years

I have an OneXplayer Mini Pro and it runs on something like15-20 watts, all the way up to 25, but most games won't require more than 15-20. I also ordered a GPD 4 today, and supposedly it's also pretty good performance and wattage wise.
