IEM drivers are very small and go into your ears it means they do not need to be very high spec to properly play full range of frequencies. And then it's just tuning based on science and preference.

I tested dunu sns, candy eartips, coffee eartips, some kind of random ones from binary iem. Everything i tried will make seal for minute at best, few seconds at worst. After while my ear canal just pushing it out, I dont have that issue with larger iems, maybe they are hevier or have more grip with my ear. With small its hit or miss with seal, my old shure se215 works well but kunten just couldnt stay in place

No, I don't have them. In general I don't really care about eartips, everything that is size M or MS works form me and it worked for kunten. It's just kuntens are so small in my ear that entire iem sits on just eartip and it's pushed out after while. If shell was bigger it would drag against my skin and extra resistance probably would prevent any slip.

Also cable doesn't help either, maybe using thicker one would weight that shit down. But again, I'm talking here about few USD shitbud, I didn't paid for any eartips apart from coffee ones but if we are going by AliExpress prices I tested many times more in eartips than shitbud price.

So after back and forth with it I threw that shit somewhere and I don't really care where it is.

When it worked it sounded really nice, nothing offensive, with good midbass, easy listen in background. It would be if held seal for more than minute.
