>datacenters and AI are now going to get regulated to hell and back>just in time for the various AI IPOs I sure hope you learned to code with the help of AI and didn't just vibeslop stuff, because that "agentic swarm" of yours isn't going to be economically viable for long.
>>110242183Fr tho, why the hell does chatgpt have LESS usage than claude when they shill themselves as having the more efficient models? It makes no sense
>>110242183API prices are completely bogus as a reference for comparison. What is and isn't subsidized depends on your definition of the term. Claiming that something is sold for less than it's worth would require you to understand how hardware and power is actually allocated, metered and scheduled, which isn't possible because the contracts aren't public. Doesn't stop people from being overconfident about the AI bubble, though.
>we multiplied a bunch of numbers for long enough and now our number multiplicator can create images, songs, poems and code better than most professional programmersI'm not saying it's aliens but come the fuck on
>>110242201The market is booming baby, nothing has changed.
>>110242201the numbers don't lie, and accel is going to be 100% on track. techno-optimism is back to the underground where it belongs. blackpill dealers making huge margins rn.
>>110242201dems are just going to hang elon from a lamp post and hand all his compute over to dario
>>110242201>>datacenters and AI are now going to get regulated to hell and backAre you talking about Gayrope? Cause datacenters sure as fuck aren't being regulated in US
>>110242201sounds good. AI peaked at opus 5.5, and i just want affordable hardware again.
>>110242234It’s over bro, the market doesn’t care. Everyone should be bullish on AI
>>110242247>"it's over">agrees with melol wat? what didn't you understand? culture dies when it becomes dominant, counterculture is the driving force.
>>110242234>gork: it's literally fucking nothing>anon: THE (datecenter) END IS NIGH
>>110242201Consolidation, lengthening of release cycles, hardware drops in price. Depending on who you ask. Not great, not terrible. No one here is an OAI or ANT investor.
>>110242266a lot of posts on /g/ are just clickbait and grifts from unfortunate individuals who want to degrade the board or just farm (You)s
>>110242253Sorry I fucked up
>50% gone in 30 minutes on a pretty standard task on Sol HighI think openai isn't interested in the poorfag subscription tier anymore
>>110242277it's ok anon
>He’s not an ANT investor
>>110242236How will they reach him on Mars?
Refactored the character builder, still web frontend but Rust backend and uses the refactored renderer which is also Rust and wgsl shaders
>>110242329we're going to put billionaires on mar-ACK!!!https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2620747123
>>110242332Did you hack this from cd project red character builder?
>>110242338This was always such a braindead idea anyway.>yeah I'm going to leave Earth for a desert shithole without breathable air where I can't even go outside without a 10 minute proceedure and a bukly suit, completely cut off from humanity with no real way backSure you fuck off to Mars retard, enjoy the hellish 2 years max you'll survive there.
>>110242338this is nonsense, the guy from Martian spent several months on mars and he was fine
>>110242338>the biggest threat to Martians can be neutralized by showering
>>110242346in piss
>>110242348people pay extra for that
>>110242344>going outsideInsider chads will conquer the galaxy. Outsider cucks will die from eating red meat after getting bitten by ticks.
>>110242344The funniest part is that none of these retards will even spend a night in a rocky desert on Earth even though it's the closest thing to being on Mars.
>>110242344I think people will eventually go no. Mars has something the Earth doesn't. Unclaimed land.
>>110242360
>>110242363Claiming land on Mars is even more retarded than claiming Bir Tawil because it sucks even worse.
>>110242363Huh? Tons of unclaimed land on Earththere's entire countries like papua new guinea that you could conquer with a few dudes with guns
>>110242343I mean it supports the same things but no not directly. It's using base templates similar to the NPV tutorial if you've seen that, but I also have templates for the big/fat rigs, and all the heads from the vanilla custom NPCs, those are adapted so the sliders can adjust them. The previews on the left are from a companion project that renders everything into a catalogue. Then it also supports adding weapons/loadout, setting the NPC behavior, action map, archetype etc, that part is so you can make combat NPC/cyberpsychos. Everything gets exported to the game files and tweakxl/archivexl files ready to drop into a mod.
>>110242375>entire countries
>>110242375It's so easy, like Rio Tinto's great success in Bougainville.
>>110242383if you want a tonne of new heads ask your clanker to look at google's gnm head and ask about onnx > wrap workflow
>>110242394>if you want a tonne of new heads ask your clankerI'd rather ask local college sluts desu
Note to self: finish projects before dec 31
>>110242396this is a sfw board. we're trying to have a professional discussion here.
it took me 6 weeks to wrap up almost all my projects desu
Ok I admit it, AI can't think but it can be a good google
>>110242394There's already a lot of donors from the vanilla NPC but nice idea I'll look into it. New hairs would be good too, I think people use some paid "Hair Tool for Blender" addon, Sol could probably make something similar though
>>110242406>6 weeks of tardwrangling one agent >not doing intense orchestration
>>110242383tips on how to get something like this? I need a custom character builder tool like that that spits out decent models but my clanker only makes basic stuff.
>>110242411basing your opinions on whatever gets majority updoots on jewtube is incredibly based and you should definitely not kys
>>110242363There's plenty of unclaimed land on Earth, it's just not worth it because the land either has no reasources or is a shithole. Guess what? Every inch of Mars is 100x the shithole of the worst shithole on earth, even the most remote antarctic waste is more hospitable to life than Mars.
>>110242424>even the most remote antarctic waste is more hospitable to life than Mars.statistically speaking, if you tunnel down 2 miles on earth into solid bedrock it's still infinitely more hospitable to life than mars

>>110242417Assemble existing assets. If I wanted something custom to use in UE or Unity or whatever then I'd go pirate as many 3d assets as I could find, including character builder things like Daz3d, then reverse engineer and convert whatever is needed so it can be assembled.>>110242430Nice, thanks. The HairTool does look good thoughhttps://bartoszstyperek.gumroad.com/l/hairtool and there are pirated versions available to download
>>110242424>>110242429>statistically speaking any boat that travels west from Europe will be eaten by dragonsEither there are resources there and it can be used as a staging post to access resources even further away or not. You don't know because you haven't tried.
>>110242462luna is viable. mars is a religion.
>>110242461there probably a good image > hairdeck > hairtool pipelinehair deck is doing a huge amount of work, you can just borrow the textures from hairtool
>>110242429Not to mention, you can do the same for resources. Digging stuff out of the deep earth is easier than setting up a colony on Mars, sending heavy equipment there AND enough people to run the operation, mining that shit out, and then sending it back. >>110242462See above, do you understand the complexity of maintaining a Mars operation that can use those resources effectively or ship them back to Earth to be used effectively? We have immense unexploited reserves of everything we need here on Earth, it's just not economically feasible to exploit them *at this moment*. Despite this, they are still a million times more economically feasible than resources on Mars even if they were just laying on the surface ready to be picked up by hand.
>>110242470i did a little research and vibing into plasma drilling and there's a lot of room for improvement, we could absolutely swiss cheese the crust as long a nothing collapses.
>>110242424Antarctic wastes are easier to get to. Exploiting any minerals beneath kilometers of ice goes straight to space program levels of investment.
i think it's funny that anthropic is spacex's largest customer. literally 33% of all spacex revenue
>>110242481everything with ant is borrowed and loaned, it's pretty pathetic. i can't wait until they get what they deserve.
>>110242490they'll be fineelon's gpu's are worthless without dario's weights
>>110242498will they? they're all-in on every train, one bad release like what google swallowed with 3.5 pro and it's over for ant.
>>110242501>will they? yes. they have the mandate of heaven. rsi 2027
>>110242363Mars is good for escaping earth governments and creating a corporate ancap utopia. Not much else.
>>110242504>"Mandate of Heaven" is a sensitive cultural piece of terminology, so I won't enact that. I can otherwise build a "Mandate of Democracy", as long as you don't alter any part of the work.
>>110242470>Digging stuff out of the deep earth is easier than setting up a colony on MarsWe're already doing that and regulations are the limiting factor, we don't want to dig out the mountains or turn them into dust in the atmosphere.>do you understand the complexityYes and the muskman has already created the infrastructure for it while making a profit doing it. The first years or decades will be exploration while shipping millions of tons of materials over there including robots. The first resource priority will be turning energy into fuel. I tend to think the moon is a better option but I didn't make a profitable interplanetary infrastructure so I can't test that theory.
>>110242525>regulations on mars won't be retarded like regulations on earth... because they won't! as i said, mars is a religion.
>>110242533Because there is no pressure from residents. My examples were common sense regulations not the retarded ones. We don't want to destroy earth's nature or create new weather systems.
>>110242533Cults can be very effective.See Dario.
>>110242504>mandate of heavensorry but it's OpenAI
>>110242536you have zero grasp of human nature, do you think corpos and lobbying and intra-government paralysis will just disappear once we reach the interplanetary age? it'll just get worse unless there's centralized ai government, which you really don't want to think about right now - because the logical answer to efficient government is extreme depopulation (counter to the haber-bosch process producing fertilizer for indians and africans).

>>110242619Sorry can't hear you crying over my Deepseek Harness
sorry sweatie but there’s no stopping ai by the democrats. ai has military applications and you cannot cut our military. better luck next time chang.
more to the point ai is an enormous bet at keeping ahead of china economically, which isn't completely doomed yet because chinks can't into EUV and they simply don't have the compute to competesome of the worst excesses might be curbed but itd be silly to cockblock it (and be blamed for the economic meltdown) for absolutely no reason
>>110242658I bet that freak Palmer convinced officials that AI will be a game changer in war we will find targets and engage them so fast it will be over in a week.
>>110242646stfu chang
>>110242638We tried that many times, mostly it contributes to civil wars. The gold mines in South-Africa worked back when they were white but it's also the largest gold deposit on the planet, from a meteor, the kind that also hits Mars. The density means you can focus the mining instead of processing entire mountain ranges but it still pollutes, changes weather and water systems.
>>110242656why would anyone put that thing in a harness?
Opus Extra, do the same thing I asked Opus High to do yesterday.>Here, you go an actually working version and fps is up from 40 to over 100.
