Yes.
Is it worth spending tens, or hundreds of thousands, to go to school for it? lol, no. Absolutely not.
Watch some free courses on youtube or something.

Teenagers who want to be influencers end up better graphic designers from making their thumbnails than most people graduating with degrees in it. The degree is more about being a part of the artsy-fartsy seen. The only people who take GD seriously as a career after like age 25 are flamboyantly gay men and art-girls. Everyone else moves onto some other industry/role, bringing their design skills with them as a side-skill.
