Many might say gd as a field has been dead for quite some time. I agree with the opinion that it's just expanded into other disciplines. Is this board dead because designers are busy? or could it be due to the new generation of designers mostly being interested in asking to achieve certain "styles", "aesthetics", and "effects"?There's plenty for designers to still talk about. What design ideas do you wish you could talk about with others?

It has nothing to do with the profession as a whole, which by the way is bigger than ever. In my experience companies want redesigns left and right. My firm and all the other firms around us have never had this much work to do. GD is actually in a great place currently because companies start to identify the backlash AI generated content is getting.
