How is this software on Linux for anyone who got it working?

It is free and I think going back to GIMP just feels like being an abused GF going back to the psycho boyfriend for more abuse in the sense of being let down by GIMP.

I'm a fa/tg/uy looking to make digital diorama pics where painted soldier models have muzzle flashes and filters to make the photos look cinematic.

I think it will take too much work to make it work on windows
