I am making a Paint.NET clone for the browser with AI because the Paint.NET developer never included the polygon lasso although I gave him the code for it

It is not yet feature complete but I would still like to ask for feedback.

What would you need to find it useful.

>the Paint.NET developer never included the polygon lasso
this is a ridiculous hack but what i always did was use Alt
Alt focuses the menubar, and makes the canvas not take input anymore, so you can press Alt, move the mouse elsewhere, then press Alt again and your lasso will have a straight line between those two points
>>
why not just use paint.js or photopea or something

Because I am used to Paint.NET and it has the best UX. I find colorful buttons for the tools much more useful than black and white ones and the screen space is used optimally.

I tried it without it. It takes forever.

I still have a life, I don't make any money from it, I'm making it open source, and I can't go full hermit.

Rick Brewster has been developing Paint.NET as his main job for 22 years. There’s no way to surpass him without AI, because he has a 22-year head start.
