Wiretapping laws require that one person is aware that the event is being recorded. All this white knighting you are doing is just embarrassing for you. If the laws were different, then police could not record you as they do. You cannot have it both ways. Where privacy is expected, then you cannot film. IE: Public bathrooms, Public changerooms. Or in areas where it is publicly displayed that filming is not allowed. Other than that it is 100% LEGAL to film what ever, who ever, when ever.
