Its the high resolution, decent lighting, only 1 character and not much movement. Those usually come out pretty clear.. also its at 64fps.

When you introduce 2 characters and/or lots of movement, poor lighting, etc is where things can start getting fuzzy.

Also discovered that using dynamic VRAM in ComfyUI really slows things down when swapping between CLIP and the diffusion model. With it on, swapping between them took like one minute and my RAM barely hit 35GB. With if off, it was near instant with my RAM hitting like 68GB.

Its a fun hobby. I have dipped into LTX 2.3 pretty heavily the past month. Which checkpoints are you using? I had the most luck with ero10 when it came to cartoon style. For "real" people i would say LTX 2.3 is 80-90% there, it can do some incredible things. For anime though its about 60% unfortunately.


This tifa generation i did out of frustration after trying to get a anime tifa to do the same thing for many generations. This is one try with a girl i generated.


I highly recommend the node "LTX Director" and using a first frame / last frame workflow.

Additionally i noticed in my experimenting that giving it very obvious flat anime as a input helped it stay in that style. I used a 90's anime lora on my anima generations to give them that obvious black line anime look. If your not using a anime or 3d character lora i would add one.


If your hardware can handle it and i highly recommend wan 2.2. It takes my 24gb vram rig maybe 240 seconds to generate a 5 second clip. If i like it i increase the resolution and do a higher res generation for 400 seconds.
For your image you could literally say "The naked anime girl kisses a naked man who walks in from the left side of the screen. Then they makeout".
Thats it no fuss it will probably work 50% of the time. I would say 1 in 5 of my LTX's turned out.

Which is infuriating because LTX is amazing but i just cannot get it to behave. If they release a LTX 2.5 or 3.0 i will go all in.

What's a good way to find/figure out if a LORA works with LTX or WAN?
