A very basic Z-image turbo workflow. 10 seconds / image for 1152x1728, I use this version https://civitai.red/models/2218365/cyberrealistic-z-image-turbo?modelVersionId=2950117 simply because I like it.

Text to image lora:
I made them myself using AI toolkit (https://github.com/ostris/ai-toolkit). I actually highly recommend this if you have a decent GPU, look up a tutorial it's very simple to do and takes about 2 hours per character (afk time). In short I take 15-20 good images ranging from 512x512 to 1024x1024, AI toolkit provides a way to automatically caption them. Then I train for Z-image base. I had 0 experience training loras, a tip is that you're not just training for 3000 steps and then you have a lora. It actually saves a lora every 250 steps. I then manually compare say the 4 loras from 2250, 2500, 2750 and 3000 to pick the best one and from then on you're good.

Image to video:
I use first-frame -> last-frame, this guy's workflow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KnHiygUWnfw. A 10 second clip at 960x1440 takes about 2 minutes. Some tips for FF->LF genning is using a plain background, simple clothing. It takes away some of the "niceness", but removes a lot of the pain of genning the vids. I use grok (free) chat to provide the LTX prompts based on the images I give it, as they require a lot of detail.

Video editing:
As is probably obvious I have 0 experience in video editing, I use Davinci Resolve and heavily abused the video dissolve transitions. You essentially cheat away any bad face drift in the middle of clips by just overlaying a different clip.
