well I use Wan2GP via Pinokio so it should be pretty much the same. You just need to use an audio in node (bare in mind I have not really used comfy for video genning), you just need a refernce voice sample from anywhere, from an interview or even a cloned voice sample in a text2speech program. The refence voice track only needs to be say 4 secs, sometimes even 2 secs is enough. But say it's 4 secs that will be said on all video gens and it will be the same. Now to get different subjects etc for her talking in each video gen you use an enhanced prompt and in the base prompt you want to put in what you want her to say. The enhanced prompt will then look at the source image and the base prompt and create a script and basically a screenplay for the amount of time your video gen is. I ask it to do a video script for 20 secs as i do 20 secs videos as it it is the max length without having to do another video gen to get to the amount of secs over 20 sec. You can also simply do a prompt with what you want her to say exactly with that in quotation marks, so no need to use an enhanced prompt for that. Or you can even use the audio in to place the voice sample but instead of the short sample do the full one - bare in mind that will be the same for every video gen tho.

comfy is certainly superiour with regard to what can be done with all that is availble. teh downside it is also prety complicated to use beyond basics and if you just use workflows and get everything fixed like downloading what is needed. The Wan2GP UI is a gradio based UI is basically like Automatic1111 (Stable Diffuion etc) and is pretty easy to use and Pinokio downloads everything anyway, if you change a model it downloads the model and everything needed automatically. You change model and the UI may change to that model. If anything needs updating it is easy, you can add plugins. i only used ComfyUI for image genning for SD 1.5 and then SDXL. I suppose the other advantage of Comfy is that most anons use it and the workflows are all on civitAI and people can also share them. No workflows on Wan2GP but you can simply drag the genned video file into the drop area on the UI and it fill use everything that was used in that video gen, the model, the prompt, Loras, all the settings I also like that you can have all the different programs in one place, you can even have comfyui - of course it still looks and runs like comfyui and is still node based. Pinokio makes everything ultra easy to use, to install, download. But again it's not used as much by anons who prefer comfy as it is more flexible.

Well the source image can be any image of her, I actually did that the other way, I used that as an end image so that is why it zoomed out and ended on the source image, but that was the enhanced prompt that decided to direct it that way, the advantage of using an enhanced prompt is that it can do things like that without you having to write the prompt yourself, you just write a base prompt. Genning the videos wether via Wan or LTX2.3 (which is what was used for that) isn't difficult once you have everything installed and set up. As I use Wan2GP on Pinokio it is very easy as Pinokio installs everything, you then jsut choose the model you want to use to gen - so LTX 2.3 1.1 Distilled and it downloads that model and everything else needed. The enhanced prompt settings you change so it is using the Qwen 9b one and Quanto Int8 one - again the yare downloaded when you start genning the 1st video. Of course this all makes more sense if you have the software installed and you can see everything. But for basics you can install Pinokio, go to the discovery page and select WAn2GP and it will install that, once you run Wan2GP you can pretty much start genning straight away without altering any settings. Or you can use comfyui but bare in mind it is more complicated and even installing it can be difficult at times. You can also install Wan2GP not via Pinokio and install it as a standalone program like any other such as Stable Diffusion Automatic 1111.
