I've had various success with doing e-celebs. The hardest part is that some of them immediately get a face switch and look different. Others look very much the same through the clip even with the same settings. Would tweaking with settings like lora strength maybe help?

There's some templates in comfyui. If you've got a workflow you like you can rip the relevant parts out of a template and splice them in. Otherwise, I kind of don't have any workflows I'd personally recommend. I tend to tinker too much. My daily drivers are frankensteins.

First try with 10Eros_v1.4. Seems like it turned her straight into plastic, but otherwise did what I asked first try with minimal lora input.

Guess we're doing science today. Here's a simple gen using 10Eros_v1.4. It took 185s. I would say it's the least dynamic result of the runs, but it did exactly what I said.

Same gen, using LTX2.3 full model. Not controlling for seeds, but otherwise it's the same gen from the same workflow. 248s. I'd say this isn't any better than the 10Eros_v1.4 version, but took a lot longer to chooch.

BTW I have a model switcher built into my workflow already, and for the 10Eros_v1.4 run I just copied the relevant bits from the creator's workflow into mine and added another switch.
